While my knowledge is based on information available up to September 2021, here's a short review of the airline up to that point: Biman Bangladesh Airlines has had a mixed reputation. It has been praised for its warm and friendly cabin crew, as well as its commitment to safety standards. However, there have been complaints about the airline's aging fleet and inconsistent service quality. Some passengers have reported issues with flight delays and in-flight entertainment. Biman Bangladesh Airlines has been working to modernize its fleet by acquiring newer aircraft, such as Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which is expected to improve passenger comfort and fuel efficiency. Horrible experience. The usb port didn't work, lunch tray was broken and they had the audacity to tell me it's my fault. They wouldn't refund the internet BC I couldn't charge my devices. And the sheer hostility of the hostesses is astounding. And the body odor and feet smell was vomit inducing. Pearson airport should check for compliance.

Each flight becomes an assurance of security and they redefine air travel as 'Your home in the sky,' offering a haven of comfort and service. There is always room for development and Biman has improved a lot. Hope Biman, the national carrier will become one of the best airlines in South Asia soon.

Worst Airlines in my travel history. Dirty seat, dirty toilets. Crew members are rude but however the Pilots are excellent.

There international flights are good. Very friendly staff. The higine is well maintained and my observation is that the temperature inside is 3-4 degree heigher than other flights. Need bit of improvement. But they are prompt in delivering the services. The customer service is also top notch.
